"One of the happiest and most positive fighters to ever grace the genre, Dee Jay brings with him a lot of flair. He likes a little space to dance and is known as a very well-rounded combatant with great variety in his moveset as a charge character. Along with that trademark million dollar smile and a passion for a banging rhythm, Dee Jay's always ready to crank it up for a good challenge."
It's amazing how music can touch you on a powerful level. A tune that sends a vibe through your body as the beat just makes you want to drum that finger or tap that foot. You hum along to the melody anticipating with a grin and then that chorus hits. And man does it hit! This is where you want to get hooked and just let the music take over. A lithe body reacts, sailing through the air in a cartwheel jump as sand is kicked upward in an arc. Landing on the beach and dropping low into a crouch, a series of rapid punches rise up peppering the air like a machine gun, double-timing the bass of the song as he pauses just for a moment in satisfaction. Sweat glistens across his skin as that constant smile on his face gets just a little wider. Hitting pause on his jam he plops down on the sand and takes a moment to enjoy the view as he looks out across the horizon. Hearing the rushing water against the shore with the seagulls' high pitch calls melding as accents to the steady sound of the gusting wind he closes his eyes. He almost feels it in this too, "Mon, de music lives in everyting." Picking up a pad next to him he jots down a few ideas in it for later. Taking a second, he reviews his note then slides a paper from behind the page to look at a flyer for a world martial arts tournament. Real soon he's about to 'do road' with some fresh mixes no ones ever seen before and can't WAIT to drop his own beat on some of these chumps. For Dee Jay music is life, but kickboxing to it in competition just completes him on a whole other level. This is why he can't ever stop smiling even if he tried. Life's too good when there's always a new hook to be discovered that can get you hype. Hitting play he bounces back up on his feet. Doing what he does best, he lets the music take over as he cuts loose with a smile that radiates in a gleam. "Yeah, boi! When I make 'em feel mi rhythm it's time to loud up de ting and -," bringing his fist straight up with blinding speed, a flash streaks out in a crescent of energy that hurtles into the waves setting the sun's rays glistening into a small rainbow from the resulting spray, "...max out."
